William E. Zwack, DDS, FACS
Meet Dr. Zwack, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who earned his dental degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC. He then completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Howard University Hospital and its affiliates, also in Washington, DC. This training included a rotation at Saint Barnabas Hospital in New York, NY.
Dr. Zwack holds memberships in several professional organizations. These include the Maryland Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and the American College of Surgeons.
In addition, Dr. Zwack is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He serves as an Anesthesia Examiner for the State of Maryland Board of Dentistry.
Dr. Zwack currently serves as Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Frederick Health Hospital. He also covers the ER at both Frederick Health Hospital and Meritus Medical Center. Beyond his clinical work, he teaches resident dentists at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV.
Dr. Zwack practices a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgery. His primary interests include dental implants, dentoalveolar surgery, corrective and reconstructive facial surgery, and facial trauma.
